Due to events beyond our control related to the pandemic, it is with great disappointment
that the EVA Council has to declare the 2019 – 2020 EVA season officially over.
In addition, the Year End May meeting and the Year End Party are also cancelled
to conform with the requirements of the chief medical officer of Alberta.
We have been in contact with our partners to clarify what our league expenses will be for the balance of the season.
We will be providing refunds for the unplaced balance of the season based upon recovery of our fees from our partners.
Each league will have a different refund based on amounts paid and portion of season not played.
Team refunds will be received by cheque as follows:
Women’s league teams will receive a $310.00 refund
Men’s league teams will receive a $377.00 refund
Co-Ed league teams will receive a $211.00 refund
In addition to these refund amounts, your team’s default deposit money (the amount that your team is owed) will be added to your cheque.
These cheques will be mailed to the team contacts.
